IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING HB 708 AND CLAIM SHARKS
The American Legion, Post 44 and the Veteran's Service Commission would like to inform its veterans about an illegal practice of offering to help veterans file for their VA benefits for a fee. This is an illegal practice. Please see the below flyer regarding this issue. Please note that there is a House Bill (#708) that will be coming soon allow citizens to vote to stop these Claim Sharks.
